Amverly is a personal health and balance app. This page plainly describes what data we collect and why — no vague legal language.
Account details (email); your health profile (age, gender, height, weight, goals, activity level, dietary preference); daily logs you create (food, activity, weight entries); photos you choose to scan for food recognition; your conversations with the AI Coach; and, if you use the optional GLP-1 Companion, medication and side-effect entries.
To calculate your personalized daily calorie and macro targets, track your progress over time, power the AI Coach with real context about your day, adapt Ramadan Mode to your fasting schedule, and let you participate in group challenges.
When you scan a food photo or describe a meal, that content is sent to an AI model to generate a nutrition estimate. When you message the AI Coach, relevant context from your recent logs is included so the response is genuinely useful. These estimates and responses are AI-generated and may be inaccurate — always use your judgment.
Your data is stored on our hosting platform and is only accessible to your account. We do not sell your personal data. Administrators may access data only to provide support or maintain the service.
Every record you create is isolated at the data layer to your account alone — this is enforced by the database itself, not just by app screens, so it cannot be bypassed by a bug in the interface. Especially sensitive credentials, like wearable-device connection tokens, are locked out of every user session entirely, including your own, and are only ever touched by narrow, single-purpose backend processes. Every automated process that reads or writes health data is recorded in an internal audit trail — what touched it, when, and why. All traffic between your device and Amverly is encrypted in transit. We are aligning these practices with Qatar’s Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (PDPPL) as we build toward local operations.
You can export a full copy of your data at any time from Settings, and permanently delete your logged data from Settings as well. You can also turn off email reminders at any time.
Amverly is intended for users aged 16 and over. It is not designed for children.
We may update this policy as Amverly evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
Questions about this policy or your data can be directed to the Amverly team through the app.
